Kenza Margaoui is General Counsel of OCP Group, which she joined as Senior Counsel in 2012, before occupying the position of Vice-President Corporate and Financing since 2015. She is a member of the Paris and New York bar associations.
She began her career in international arbitration in the Singapore office of the law firm Shearman & Sterling before joining the M & A / Private Equity department of the Paris offices of Simmons & Simmons and then Reed Smith.
Kenza Margaoui holds a DEA in English and North American Business Law and a Magisterium in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a L.L.M from the University of Texas at Austin.
