Reda is the Investment Director at InnovX (subsidiary of UM6P). Before joining InnovX, Reda has led NEMA CAPITAL as Managing Director and has been in charge of the investment direction at Yamed Group since 2018, a position that has enabled him to contribute closely with the teams of Société Générale to the establishment of NEMA CAPITAL. With a decade of experience in real estate and finance, Reda has held several strategic positions, notably within Crédit Agricole du Maroc Group, CFG Group, and Reim Partners. This trajectory has allowed him to contribute to the implementation of several strategic financial operations, both in Morocco and Africa (risk management, initial public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions, etc.). Reda holds a master’s degree in finance and strategy from ISCAE and ESSEC Business School.
