UM6P Ventures launched “Explorer developed in collaboration with MIT Sandbox” a program fund that supports UM6P Ecosystem and several African universities and institutions founded ventures. The program provides mentoring, education, and funding to aspiring innovative entrepreneurs. Students and researchers of the UM6P Ventures community have access to a broad network of world-renowned partners and experts that provide unique, practical, entrepreneurial, and educational experiences designed to foster innovation and growth. The Explorer program believes in the philosophy of learning by doing, need-based learning and open access.

Plug and Play Morocco is launching its third acceleration batch in the region, a program in collaboration with the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and UM6P Ventures.

This is an intensive three-month program structured around workshops, one on one mentoring, virtual support, networking events, and fundraising support.

U-Founders deploys entrepreneurship awareness, pre-incubation and incubation programs for students, researchers, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs belonging to the university ecosystem. These programs revolve around two themes: “Deep Tech”, bringing together projects from Research & Development and oriented towards breakthrough innovation in sectors related to the research agenda of UM6P; and “Shallow Tech”, bringing together projects whose economic model is based on relatively simple technological innovations.

IFA - UM6P AFRICA AGTECH Startup Showcase is a program for Agtech entrepreneurs that have a solution for one of the problems facing African agriculture, want to connect with professionals in plant nutrition and farming and like to be more actively engaged in the transformation of African agriculture at a time when we need to produce more, more efficiently. It is a competition open to startups from all over the world, aimed at promoting innovation for a greener and more productive African agriculture.
