Sarrah Cherif D’Ouezzan is the Founder and Head of StartGate, the Moroccan startup campus that focuses on providing support and resources to help early-stage startups grow and succeed. It is located at the heart of the UM6P ecosystem.
She established this hub after joining OCP, a group whose values aligned with her own, that provided her with the opportunity to pursue this impact-driven project aimed at positioning Morocco as a hub for innovative entrepreneurship in Africa.
In her previous roles, she has led numerous strategic and transformational missions for large corporations and has undertaken consulting assignments on critical topics such as regionalization, sustainable development, smart cities, innovation, and youth employability. Her extensive experience and expertise in these areas have made her a sought-after advisor to businesses, governments, and non-profit organizations in Morocco and beyond.
