Tarek started his career as a Financial Services consultant at DXC Technology in Paris, specializing in strategy, management, and IT consulting. In this role, he was assigned on digital transformation programs, IT mergers, and restructuring projects within top-tier Banking and Insurance Companies.
Prior, Tarek worked as an M&A analyst, actively participating in mid & large-cap transactions within the agri-food industry.
Tarek is a graduate of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University and holds a master’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in IT, Management & Strategy Consulting.
